Digital Instrument Cluster
I designed and developed several functions in the instrument cluster of Volvo's newest truck, the FH. I mainly focused on functions such as media, phone as well as menu structure and some of the more truck specific functions.
The traditional view showing a digital speedometer, driver times and fuel info as well as what radio station is currently playing.
A more minimal and digital version of the speedometer, including more drive time information.
By pressing a steering wheel button a menu can be accessed with different functionalities. Here the maintenance menu is shown and the Pre-trip Check, which investigates issues during startup.
The driver can view more details about the inspection report, if any issues were found.
